This little piggy went to school

Third-graders of St. Agnes School, Catonsville, were treated to a special visitor – a piglet brought in by Brooke Hartner, Miss Howard County Farm Bureau, graduate of Mount De Sales Academy, Catonsville, and parishioner of St. Michael, Poplar Springs. Because the class recently finished reading “Babe” in the school library, they wanted to see a real pig. Ms. Hartner introduced them to a runt just like Babe, which she transported from her 11-acre sheep and pig farm in Woodbine.
