St. Philip Neri Voted Best Private School in Anne Arundel County

St. Philip Neri School, a Catholic grade school in Linthicum, Anne Arundel County, won the Maryland Gazette Readers Choice 2010 Award for Best Private School. Readers were asked to cast their vote for the “best of the best” on the newspaper’s website.

“The faculty and staff of St. Phillip Neri School are elated and very proud to have been selected by the readers of the Maryland Gazette as the Best Private School in this area”, said Mrs. Shirley Wise, principal. “We have a very dedicated and caring staff, and this award is affirming, and gives us the motivation to continue to improve and grow in our service to our students.”

St. Philip Neri School serves students in grades pre-k through eight and has a current enrollment of 420 students.

The Capital-Gazette Newspapers is the second largest newspaper operation in Maryland, serving 68% of the Anne Arundel County market.
