Sister Mary Camillus Smith, R.S.M.

A funeral Mass for Sister Mary Camillus Smith, R.S.M, was offered Sept. 15 at The Villa in Baltimore. Sister Mary Camillus died Sept. 12. She was 88.
A graduate of St. Joseph’s College High School in Emmitsburg, she entered the Sister of Mercy in 1940 and earned a bachelor’s degree in nursing from Mount Saint Agnes College in 1956. Sister Mary Camillus worked at Mercy Medical Center and at the Mount St. Agnes Infirmary in Baltimore as well as at hospitals in Georgia.
