Sister M. deRicci Baker, IHM, dies

A funeral Mass for Sisters, Servants of the Immaculate Heart of Mary Sister M. deRicci Baker will be offered Jan. 11 at Our Lady of Peace Residence in Scranton, Pa. Sister deRicci died Jan. 6 at the residence. She was 90.

A Pennsylvania native, Sister deRicci entered the IHM congregation in 1941 and professed first vows in 1944. She worked in schools, hospitals and parishes in Connecticut, New York, Pennsylvania and Maryland, including teaching from 1987 to 1989 at St. Rita Elementary School in Dundalk.
