Sister Angelina Pepe, M.P.F., dies

A funeral Mass for Sister Angelina Pepe, a member of the Religious Teachers Filippini, was offered Jan. 28 at Villa Walsh, her community’s motherhouse in Morristown, N.J. She died Jan. 23. She was 98.
Born in Trenton, N.J., Sister Angelina entered her religious community in 1926. An educator, she was principal of Our Lady of Pompei in Highlandtown from 1976 to 1982. She also ministered in schools in Connecticut, New Jersey, New York and Pennsylvania. She retired to Villa Walsh in 1995.
