PAPAL MASS PILGRIMAGE RELEASE

I, ________________________________________________, hereby acknowledge that I have voluntarily agreed to travel to and from Philadelphia, PA, for the purpose of the Mass celebrated by Pope Francis on September 27, 2015 in Philadelphia, PA (the “Papal Mass Pilgrimage”).   The Papal Mass Pilgrimage begins with my arrival at the designated departure location on Sunday, September 27, 2015, includes my attendance at the Papal Mass and concludes with my return to the same location on Sunday, September 27, 2015.   I acknowledge that the Papal Mass Pilgrimage has been organized by the Roman Catholic Archbishop of Baltimore, a corporation sole (the “Archdiocese”), The Cathedral Foundation Inc. (dba Catholic Review Media) and Maryland Golf Live, Inc. (dba Drew’s Morning Dish.com) (collectively, the “Organizers”).   I have willfully and voluntarily agreed to participate in the Papal Mass Pilgrimage and am not under the employment of or in any way legally connected to the Organizers as a vendor, partner or service provider.   In addition, I have read and agreed to the following below:
A) I knowingly, voluntarily and without reservation and on behalf of myself, my heirs, and my estate, hereby RELEASE, HOLD HARMLESS, DEFEND AND INDEMNIFY the Organizers and each of their affiliate organizations, agents, employees, officers, directors, volunteers, representatives and other officials from any liability, claims, demands and causes of action arising out of or relating to any loss, damage or injury (including death) sustained in connection with or arising out of my participation in the Papal Mass Pilgrimage, including the cost of any medical care given to me or any expenses or fees (including attorneys’ fees) incurred in any lawsuit arising as a result of any damage or injuries caused to me or by me in the course of my participation in the Papal Mass Pilgrimage, and including any claims for damages that could originate as a result of an injury and/or death, damage and/or theft of my personal property, and any illness that might occur as a result of food or drink served as part of the Papal Mass Pilgrimage.
B) I also acknowledge that while the Organizers have retained professional transportation companies to facilitate travel to, during and from the Papal Mass Pilgrimage, a malfunction or accident en route to Philadelphia, PA – including any act of God – could prohibit me from attending the Papal Mass on Sept. 27, 2015.    Should such an occurrence take place, or, if for any other reason I am unable to attend the Papal Mass, I understand I am not entitled to receive a refund for any monies I paid in exchange for the transportation or other services provided by the Organizers in connection with the Papal Mass Pilgrimage.
C) I understand that by boarding the bus and departing on the Papal Mass Pilgrimage, I acknowledge that I have read and agree to the information about the trip including rules of the trip, including the departure policy after the Mass.
