Western Vicar’s Office

The Office of the Western Vicar serves and supports the parishes and institutions of Garrett, Allegany, Washington, Frederick, Carroll, and Howard counties on behalf of the Archbishop.

We collaborate with the Office of the Eastern Vicar and the Office of Hispanic Ministry in accompanying the Spanish-speaking communities in the Western Vicariate parishes.
