New pastors among 27 clergy assignments in Baltimore Archdiocese

UPDATED – Twelve new pastors and four retirements were among the official clergy announcements made by Archbishop William E. Lori for the Archdiocese of Baltimore June 9.
One of the largest such announcements in the archdiocese in years, it includes 25 priests and three deacons. Most of the assignments take effect June 30 or July 1.
The announcement includes seven priests of the archdiocese changing pastoral assignments, six across county lines, and the elevation of two others from administrator to pastor. The assignments impact all but two jurisdictions in the archdiocese, Allegany and Garrett counties.
