Mrs. Kelly Fick
(St. Joseph School, Cockeysville)
Encouraging a Love of Learning

Mrs. Fick has taught at St. Joseph School for 15 years, and is currently teaching Kindergarten. Mrs. Fick  exudes positive energy to help her students and their families as well as her fellow teachers.  She loves to laugh and share an optimistic word, and her students and colleagues know her to be kind, trustworthy, and reliable. Mrs. Fick’s students are engaged, actively and enthusiastically learning, and happy to be a part of St. Joseph School.  As a teacher, she has planted many seeds of love for God and a love of learning.

Mrs. Fick has been a member of the Advent committee and Lent committee who developed curriculum and service projects for the school children and faculty to participate in during those most holy times of the church year.  Kelly was a member of the accreditation team of St. Joseph who evaluated the goals and achievements of our school. Mrs. Fick has mentored new teachers to provide support and guidance during their first year.  She has been a member of the Positive Behavior Interventions and Support (PBIS) team who creates activities and curriculum that support our ROAR program.  This program promotes respect, service to others, positive attitudes and responsibility. She is an incredible gift and she has given to so many.
