At the request of the family, no media members will be permitted at Church of the Resurrection in Ellicott City on Monday, August 5, for the funeral of Bernard and Leanna Kelly, the father and daughter who were among five people killed in a helicopter crash Saturday, July 26 in Pennsylvania. As well, St. Paul Catholic Church in Ellicott City, where the post-funeral luncheon will occur, will also be closed to media on Friday.
The family appreciates the cooperation of the media in respecting their desire for privacy at this difficult time.
