The Church of the Good Shepherd in Glen Burnie will honor long-time Father John L. Kelly Sept. 21 with a farewell picnic. Father Kelly will say his final Mass at the parish at 11:30 a.m. and the celebratory picnic will follow in the back of the church.
“We’re going to miss him quite a bit,” parishioner Mary Montague said.
