Almost all events submitted – if they are sponsored by a Catholic parish, school or other organization in the Archdiocese of Baltimore – will be featured in the online calendar.

A human monitor will approve submissions for posting.

Events submitted by the first of the month prior to the month of the event may be considered for the print edition of Catholic Review magazine (e.g., by Jan. 1 for publication in the February magazine). So that all entities in the archdiocese have a fair opportunity to be listed in the limited space in the print publication, entities will be limited to no more than two in each calendar month print edition. If more than two have been submitted, Catholic Review Media staff will decide which items to publish, at their discretion.

Jesus: A Deaf Missions Film

March 22 @ 11:45 am - 5:30 pm EDT

Jesus: A Deaf Missions Film flyer

St. Ignatius Catholic Church is excited to announce the showing of a new movie entitled: “Jesus: A Deaf Missions film” on Saturday, March 22, at 11:45 AM. Through the generosity of a grant from the Mark D. Pacione Foundation, we are bringing Gideon Firl, the actor who plays Jesus, to share his witness and personal experience of playing Jesus and how the film gave him new insights into Christ.

We invite all believers in Christ who are part of the hearing and deaf community to join us. Tickets are free, but space is limited. A light luncheon will be offered for all attending. Please RSVP by March 15th via this link, https://fs29.formsite.com/OtVjQz/nv4tkb4ueq/index .

After the filming, all are invited to the 4:30 PM Mass at St. Ignatius of Loyola in Ijamsville, MD celebrated by Fr. Mike Depcik in American Sign Language with hearing interpreters.

For further information or questions, please contact Lara Schumacher at Lara.Schumacher@archbalt.org.
