Fostering Peace in Baltimore through Grief Ministry

All are invited to “Fostering Peace in Baltimore through Grief Ministry” a Church’s Night Out to learn all about how Grief Ministry is making a difference where it is needed most in Baltimore City. It’s happening on July 31 at 7:00 p.m. in Baltimore’s Ropewalk Tavern: 1290 S Charles St, 21230. By channeling God’s love and putting our faith in action, the Archdiocese of Baltimore’s Grief Ministry has:

• helped relocate families living in witness protection
• covered back rent for the parents of young people injured in the Brooklyn Homes mass shooting
• paid to bury people who died by violence
• walked the streets in prayer
• recovered 362 firearms in a gun buyback
• provided 500 families with care packages filled with fresh groceries to carry them through the first days after a loved one’s murder
