DiscipleMakers Fall Workshop – Compliance vs. Conversion

This fall, the Office of Family, Youth, and Young Adult Ministry and Enkindle Catholic are hosting an IN-PERSON WORKSHOP designed for formation staff members AND your volunteer teams. Conversion and Compliance are two totally different goals in ministry, and our methods lead us to one or the other; the day will help us hone methods to reach the goal of conversion. Workshop breakout options are all based on Jesus’ own method of making disciples and inviting conversion, including tracks devoted to developing your witness, leveraging everyday parables, and “wasting time” fruitfully.
