The Division of Information Technology is migrating e-mail services from our on premise system to Office 365 hosted by Microsoft. This move will allow us to offer an updated e-mail interface and improved collaboration through the use of Microsoft Lync.The following resources provide information on the migration process and usage of the new tools.

Office365 training is being conducted via online webinars. Participates must register in advance to receive information on accessing the webinars.

Preparing for Migration

All users will be migrated to the Office 365 environment over the next several months. In preparation for the migration all users should review the new environment, ensure that their systems meet the minimum requirements, and begin the process of cleaning up their mailboxes

Accessing your Office 365 E-mail

E-mail through Office 365 is accessible through many different software tools on many different devices, the only requirement is an Internet connection. The following links provide guidance on setting up many of the popular software tools and devices to access the Office 365 environment.
