During the month of April, the Archdiocese of Baltimore’s Office of Child and Youth Protection and Division of Catholic Schools collaborated on an awareness activity for elementary and middle school students in the archdiocese. The activity invited students to use art to consider key child protection messages. The goal of the activity was to reinforce child protection messages that are integrated into the Catechesis for Family Life, an important component of the religion curriculum in Catholic schools in the Archdiocese of Baltimore.
