Baltimore conference focuses on evangelization

The Archdiocese of Baltimore will sponsor a conference on Catholic evangelization Aug. 25 at Church of the Resurrection in Ellicott City from 8:30 a.m. to 1 p.m. The cost is $25 per person.
The day will begin with hospitality and registration. At 9:10 a.m., keynote speaker Val Keller will talk about “Catholic Evangelization Today: Where Are We Going?
At 10:30 a.m., workshop sessions will be offered on the evangelization of young people, family as evangelizer, and reaching out to the larger community.
Afternoon workshop sessions will focus on meeting the marginalized and inactive Catholic, young adults and evangelization, faith sharing and the spirit of hospitality.
