Archbishop To Visit City Parishes

As part of his ongoing orientation since his installation as Archbishop of Baltimore, Archbishop Edwin F. O’Brien will conduct pastoral visits to more than 20 Catholic parishes in Baltimore on October 25, 26, 31, and November 8.

Following morning Mass at one of the parishes, Archbishop O’Brien will board a small passenger bus for a tour of city parishes and surrounding neighborhoods. Joining him on the bus will be Bishop Denis Madden, Urban Vicar, and the pastors and pastoral associates from the parishes in each of the four regions that comprise the Archdiocese’s Urban Vicariate.

Archbishop O’Brien visited the parishes of the Western Vicariate (Garrett, Allegany, Washington, Frederick, and Carroll Counties) on October 4-7.

Media Note: Members of the media wishing to cover the Archbishop’s tour of Baltimore parishes are asked to contact Sean Caine, Director of Communications for the Archdiocese at (410) 547-5378 or scaine@archbalt.org.
