Archbishop William E. Lori will speak to media about the election of the new pope at 4:30 p.m. at the Cathedral of Mary Our Queen, 5200 N. Charles Street, in the parish hall.
The archbishop will celebrate the regularly-scheduled 5:30 p.m. Mass at the Cathedral.
Cathedral staff will hang gold and white bunting around the central entry doors to the Cathedral, beginning at 4 p.m.
All church and school bells will ring for a minimum of five minutes beginning at 3 p.m.
