Archbishop Lori to Join Executives from First Fruits Farm for a Tour of Archdiocesan Property Where 300,000 Lbs. of Food is Being Harvested for Donation

Archbishop William E. Lori will tour farmland owned by the Archdiocese of Baltimore in Sparks, Maryland on Wednesday at 1:30 p.m. The Archdiocese is partnering with First Fruits Farm, Inc. to grow and harvest 300,000 pounds of vegetables for the hungry of Maryland this year.

The food is donated to Catholic Charities’ Our Daily Bread, the Maryland Food Bank, and other organizations that serve hungry people in the Baltimore metropolitan area.
