Field Trip Notifications- Baltimore City Only

If your school is planning a field trip into Baltimore City, it is requested that at least 7-10 business days prior to the date of your trip that you notify the Baltimore City Police Department of the planned trip. The notification is to include the following: date of trip, approximate arrival time, venue(s) to be visited, approximate departure time, number of participants (children and adults), contact name from the school and contact number. This information is to be sent via e-mail to Sergeant Tashania Brown at Tashania.Brown@baltimorepolice.org.

Notification to the Baltimore City Police provides the agency an opportunity to proactively communicate with your school in the event there are security concerns in the City which would impact your planned trip. You are asked to continue with this notification process until further notification.
