Caritas House Assisted Living provides care and assistance to seniors 62 and older who require help in performing daily activities and can no longer live independently. Caritas House provides elders with a residential assisted living community, with supportive services and personalized assistance with activities of daily living, including meals, bathing, toileting, and dressing. Medication management, housekeeping, laundry, recreational and social activities are also provided. A full-time registered nurse is on call 24/7, providing oversight and assessing the residents as required.

St. Ann Adult Day Services is a day program for older adults that provides activities, socialization, and medical supervision so that your loved ones can continue to live at home. St. Ann Adult Day Services is located on a 25-acre campus overlooking Baltimore with amenities such as a beauty parlor, a whirlpool tub, and a lovely patio with elevated gardens. Medical supervision is provided in a structured environment that reduces the likelihood of premature nursing home placement for your loved one.

Established 1994. St. Catherine’s Nursing Center is located within the Daughters of Charity Emmitsburg Province, adjacent to the National Shrine of St. Elizabeth Ann Seton. A 69 bed skilled nursing facility serving skilled and intermediate care residents. Programs include dementia, hospice, respite care, and a therapeutic pool program. St. Catherine’s is a member of Ascension Health. Accepts Medicare, Medicaid and Private Pay sources. Services include a 30-bed Alzheimer’s unit, a Medicare rehabilitation unit providing physical, occupational and speech therapy, hospice, and long-term care. Provides a comprehensive array of individualized rehabilitation and nursing services, including short-term rehabilitation, skilled nursing, long-term and memory care. Gallagher Services provides services and supports for people with developmental disabilities, in order to met individual needs and develop opportunities for greater independence. Support Services include information and referral, case management, respite care, and family and individual supports. Day opportunities provide pre-vocational and vocational training, supervised work environments, supported employment, medical day care, habilitation activities, and retirement programs. Residential options include independent living, 24-hour supervised care, assisted living arrangements, and specialized care for the medically frail and elderly. Integrated supports provide spiritual, social and recreational activities, occupational, speech and physical therapies, and nutritional planning.
