Sister Ann Lucille Bohn dies

A funeral Mass for Sister Ann Lucille Bohn was offered Oct. 15. A member of the Sisters, Servants of the Immaculate Heart of Mary, Sister Ann Lucille died Oct. 12 at Our Lady of Peace Residence in Scranton, Pa. She was 87.
A Scranton native, Sister Lucille Anne entered her congregation in 1946, initially taking the name Sister Mary Petra. She taught in Maryland, New York, and Pennsylvania. In the Archdiocese of Baltimore, she taught at St. Rita Elementary School in Baltimore, 1956-1959.
She later served as a parish pastoral minister and was a market assistant for three years at a New York research company. She retired from active ministry in 2004.
