“Archdiocese launches $100 million campaign” (CR, Sept. 6) states many worthwhile proposals. However, there is no mention of funding for nuns. These women have educated our children for more than 150 years. They also staffed hospitals and did much missionary work. Many are now old and retired. I do think the archdiocese has an obligation to help these women who have given their lives for these good works.
