Almost all events submitted – if they are sponsored by a Catholic parish, school or other organization in the Archdiocese of Baltimore – will be featured in the online calendar.
A human monitor will approve submissions for posting.
Events submitted by the first of the month prior to the month of the event may be considered for the print edition of Catholic Review magazine (e.g., by Jan. 1 for publication in the February magazine). So that all entities in the archdiocese have a fair opportunity to be listed in the limited space in the print publication, entities will be limited to no more than two in each calendar month print edition. If more than two have been submitted, Catholic Review Media staff will decide which items to publish, at their discretion.

Wine at the Shrine
October 11 @ 1:00 pm - 6:00 pm EDT
Event Navigation

Join us for a celebration of the Franciscan Center of Baltimore and Little Portion Farm – two nonprofit organizations striving to serve quality, fresh food to those who need it most, while caring for our earth. This partnership ensures hundreds of those facing food insecurity in Baltimore receive high-quality, made-from-scratch meals daily. All proceeds from Wine at the Shrine support these efforts. Wine at the Shrine is an annual festival held on the second Saturday in October on the grounds of the Shrine of St. Anthony in Ellicott City. The festival is a family-friendly event, with something for everyone: beer and wine sampling, sommelier-led wine tasting, local food trucks, live music, games, cooking demos, hayrides, pumpkin picking and Little Portion Farm tours. It’s an afternoon you won’t want to miss!
