Pancake breakfast and Mass to bring healing, unity to Belair-Edison neighborhood
Open invitation to community near site of Wednesday’s fatal accident

WHAT: The Shrine of the Little Flower Roman Catholic Church and Archbishop Spalding High School’s Lumberjack Club are holding a Mass and pancake breakfast. Planned before Wednesday’s fatal accident near the parish, the Mass and breakfast is an opportunity to bring healing and unity to the community that has been shook by the loss of three lives, including a grandmother and grandson.

Students from Archbishop Spalding High School’s “Lumberjack Club” and other area Catholic schools will prepare and serve the meal. Fathers Patrick Carrion and Father Evan Ponton, both of whom attempted to render aid to the accident victims, will lead the group in prayer and will hold a 9 a.m. Mass at the Shrine.

WHEN: Saturday, Feb. 24, 8 a.m. to 10 a.m.

WHERE: Front lawn of the Shrine of the Little Flower Roman Catholic Church, 3500 Belair Road, Baltimore, 21213.
