Archbishop William E. Lori, and Dr. Barbara Edmondson, Superintendent of Schools, will greet students and their families at St. Louis School in Clarksville, Our Lady of Perpetual Help in Ellicott City and St. Augustine School in Elkridge on Monday, August 29th to celebrate the start of the new school year.
At 8:30 a.m. they will arrive at St. Louis School for the inauguration of the Louis IX program-a program which will make possible a Catholic education for students with special needs. Through a partnership with the Catholic Coalition for Special Education, St. Louis School will welcome two students with Down syndrome for the 2016-2017 school year.
