To provide easy access for inmates and their families to get effective help from the prison ministries which best serve their needs. They can find counseling services in their area or simply request prayer support.
Four Areas of Organization:
The American Catholic Correctional Chaplains Association (ACCCA) has an accreditation program to train in-prison ministers. Also, the St. Vincent de Paul Society has monthly workshops on a Saturday morning to help inmates who are to be released begin the process of finding housing and other support services after they are released.
