Throughout the pandemic, I have offered Masses for an end to this virus, and I continue to do so. Trusting in God, and seeking the intercession of our Blessed Mother, we hope and pray that this too will pass, and pass soon.

Archbishop Lori’s Homily: Priesthood Ordination 2022

As we ordain these men to the priesthood this morning, and as look ahead to the ordinations slated in the next two years, we have reason to hope that soon, 20 new priests will be serving in the Archdiocese. Such a thing has not happened in here for nearly 75 years!
