“This parish is that field hospital envisioned by Pope Francis where the Lord’s mercy is shared day in and day out,” said Archbishop Lori.

The pope said he wanted the Holy Year to be “a new step on the church’s journey in her mission to bring the Gospel of mercy to each person.”
