God calls the Catholics of the Archdiocese of Baltimore to be a welcoming, worshipping community of faith, hope, and love. Through his Spirit, the Lord Jesus lives in those who believe, and reaches into our world with his saving message and healing love.
Flames raced up the steeple—fortunately firefighters acted quickly and contained the blaze before it ever reached the main sanctuary. Miraculously, no one was injured, and much of the chapel was spared thanks to closed doors and fast response teams

The fire began around 2:30 p.m. Parish leaders believe it may have been caused by a lightning strike, though the cause has not yet been confirmed. While no one was injured, flames and water left visible damage to several parts of the building, including the reconciliation room, vestibule, downstairs...
Thank you to Baltimore County Fire Fighters on their response to the fire out break at StRita CasciaDundalk during today’s extreme storm. Thankfully, the fire has been extinguished and no one was injured. Damage to the building is now being assessed. We pray for the area community and parishioners of Our Lady of Hope/St. Rita Church and all who worship there.

Quo Vadis is a four day encounter hosted by the seminarians of the Archdiocese of Baltimore to help young men grow as disciples of Jesus by learning how to pray, growing in fraternity, and pursuing a deeper relationship with Jesus.
