High School Leadership Institute (High LI) is an annual week long summer leadership development program in the Archdiocese of Baltimore.  It is held at the Msgr. O'Dwyer Retreat House in Sparks, Maryland.  Catholic youth, entering grades 10 to 12 in the next school year, have the opportunity to live and pray in community while learning how to be more competent and effective leaders in their parishes and schools.
