Prepare for Remarriage
If one or both partners has been married previously, inquire about a special marriage preparation program that addresses your concerns. Remarriage Preparation is available only at parishes with trained remarriage sponsor couples, so inquire about available at your parish. Includes FOCCUS and meetings with a sponsor couple. Ministry to Remarrying Couples
Marriage preparation for couples who have been previously married is a special ministry and requires sponsor couples sensitive to the issues unique to these couples.
If you are remarried in the Catholic Church, volunteer to assist your parish in offering Remarriage Preparation.
