As part of our ongoing commitment to improved customer service, The Office of Risk Management now provides your location the opportunity to report property and casualty claims (except workers compensation claims) on-line. On-line claim reporting is meant to make the reporting of routine claims more convenient and should be used for reporting any automobile, general liability or property claim for which your location does not require immediate assistance. (If the loss is serious and immediate assistance is needed, please contact our claims administrator, Porter and Curtis, by calling 1-866-650-2713. For situations involving serious damage to your facility in addition to calling Porter and Curtis, contact the Catholic Center at 410-547-5555).
Your electronic claim report will be directly routed to Porter and Curtis. On the next business day, one of our claims administrator representatives will review your claim report and initiate the claims process.
In order to report a claim, select the correct loss notice form from the list below and enter the requested information. Be sure to select your location from the drop down box which most accurately describes your location or program. For Priests reporting an automobile claim on your own vehicle, please select Individual Priest from the drop down list. Once you have completed all of the known information you may file the report by selecting the “Submit” button. If you are reporting an automobile claim involving multiple parties for which there is not sufficient space on the Automobile Loss Notice, please also complete and submit the “Additional Information to the Automobile Loss Notice” form.
