Welcome to the Risk Management Office for the Archdiocese of Baltimore. This Office is responsible for providing risk management services to each eligible location within the Archdiocese. The Archdiocesan risk management program relies on three accepted methods to limit each location’s exposure to possible losses and liabilities:
- Risk Avoidance
- Transfer of Risk
- Insuring Against Losses

Sometimes losses occur in spite of the best preventative programs. Should a loss occur, taking proper steps to mitigate any further loss are essential. Steps may include protecting property from further damage following a loss or ensuring that an injured person receives prompt medical attention following an accident. Timely reporting of a claim is also essential in working to limit a loss and to restore the property or person to their pre-loss condition.
NetInfoNow is a web-based database used by the Office of Risk Management. By enrolling to use this system, you will be able to easily and directly manage information for your location regarding your buildings, vehicles, special events, automobile ID cards and most certificates of insurance. Each and every location is strongly encouraged to make use of this system. Please note that a user name and password are issued per user at each location
The goal of the Office of Risk Management is ensure the strong stewardship of assets acquired through the generosity of many by reducing hazards, minimizing risk and keeping Archdiocesan property and casualty costs to a minimum.
