Fall Offertory
The Department of Development, to further assist parishes within the Archdiocese of Baltimore, has provided several options for increased offertory programs, both internal and external. By investing time and funding to raise awareness for the need of consistent financial support from their parishioners, parishes are able to continue to operate independently and minister to their communities.

Bannon Parish Offertory Program
This increased offertory appeal program utilizes a strong in-pew solicitation process in conjunction with mailings to invite parishioners to commit to supporting the parish offertory at an increased level. This program is implemented by the parish leader and committee members (volunteers or staff), who attend three training workshops (over the span of four months). Material templates and detailed workbooks are provided to all parishes. Parishes are responsible for producing their materials and for sending out quarterly reminders to participating families. Please view the Parish Leadership Briefing booklet for more detailed information. There is a one-time fee associated with purchasing program, based on the parish annual offertory income. Please contact Bill Bannon (1-800-837-7757 or leapcastle@aol.com) or The Development Office (410-547-5356 or giving@archbalt.org) for more information.
ParishCare
This increased offertory program seeks to strengthen the involvement and commitment of parishioners through a strong direct mail effort tailored to the needs of each parish. Parishes have the option to customize the ParishCare program, combining mailings with in-pew solicitations, a ParishCare Weekend, reminder statements, and a Celebration weekend program. Parishes will be provided with instructions, a guidebook with all relevant information, material templates, speaking points and liturgical compliments, and support from ParishCare. ParishCare assumes responsibility for the mailings, with secretarial support from the parish (including giving records, mailing data, and updated lists for subsequent mailings). Please view the ParishCare booklet for more detailed information. The fee associated with this program is based on the number of households that will receive mailings (registered households or active households). Please contact Ernie Pappa (570-587-0967 or parishcare@yahoo.com) or The Development Office (410-547-5356 or giving@archbalt.org) for more information.
