Consultation and Needs Assessment
This consultation, tailored to the situation of the parish or group, is designed to develop a systematic program of strategic planning, leadership development, and ministry management around the Vision and Mission Priorities of the Archdiocese.
Workshop For Your Parish or Leadership Group
A live, interactive workshop introducing the spirituality and practice of the Vision and Mission Priorities. Workshops can be a half-day or evening workshops and can be adapted to any group or ministry of the Archdiocese.
Retreat
An in-depth retreat strategic planning retreat designed to build a leadership team around the task developing a strategic plan.
Group Facilitation
Our skilled, experienced consultants can facilitate your meeting, workshop or group process to meet your unique needs. This service can be tailored to meet challenges involving conflict, special interest groups, and other high-stress situations.
